Information reaching 247ureports.com out of Awka, Anambra State indicates that the All Progressive Grand Alliance [APGA] candidate for the gubernatorial elections held in Anambra November 16, 2013 has been declared by the election tribunal as the legitimate winner of the said elections.
The details of the ruling by the tribunal panel of Judges will be published soon. But the four Judges were said to have voted in unison for Obiano as the legitimate winner.
