We, Gen. Nomukeme’s boy express with deep sense of true ijawsm and, with shock the unrelenting efforts of some top Niger Delta Ex-Agitators in trying ever since to destroy the very foundation of what in some cases people referred to as third phase federal Amnesty.

We had wished the federal treated Niger Delta Amnesty once and for all, but we don’t know what the Nation wants.

This is a very strategic point in time in the history of Arms struggle in the Niger Delta; it’s like a cross-road. For those who do not know, what you call third phase federal Amnesty came as a result of the JTF invasion of Foropa Community on November 8th 2009. During the invasion we the Commanders under the general commandship of our great leader resisted the federal joint tax force for 10 minutes as confessed by the then maritime component Commander, Commradore Olasunkanmi Shekoni In a press statement.

However, we all flee the island after confirming that it is truly the federal myth that has landed on the Foropa Island. About 3,000persons we all fled the Island on a save your life move, where majority of our fighters lose their arms to the marine environment. Even some of us that were able to escape with our arms and refused to surrender them were apprehended and handed over to the federal government through our assistance. Example is the case of Commander Jerry and his squad now in Ahoda prisons.

But, ever since the federal government has been greeting us with intimidation and murder of our members. On Nov. 14th 2012 master Elabofa Igiri, one of our gallant fighter who was peacefully hoping to be documented one day by the federal Amnesty office was brutally murdered in cold blood, the rented apartment we live destroyed and our leader’s liberty Jeep destroyed beyond repair by Gen. Africanus Ikperesia’s boys. His coups are lying at the federal medical centre Yenagoa mortuary. The police have refused to arrest and bring his murderers to book. It is our own leader’s vandalized liberty jeep that we used in blocking the NIIT junction of the major Adaka Boro’s express way.

The Nigerian police should release our detained members. This is not a police affair.

We have fought a war and embraced peace with the federal govt. We are not supposed to be intimidated. It is those who purchased arms to obtain commercial Amnesty and are going about burning people’s cars are the ones that are supposed to be arrested and intimidated, not us.

We do not blame the inter-agency tax force but we blame Hon. Kingsley Kuku, the chairman of the presidential Amnesty committee for ignoring us and giving Amnesty to those that has received Amnesty. We do not trust the documentation process because we see those that has benefits from the Amnesty before coming back to document under third phase.

This Amnesty issue United Nations, Amnesty International and other global organizations should please intervene before it before it’s too late

Federal Government please stops giving our youths the impression that those who did not engage in the senseless killing of our military personnel do not deserve respect, justice and fairness. We are not respected in the Niger Delta because our great leader Gen. Keithy Sese alias Nimukeme, first son of Opuafuru 1 of Niger Delta forbid us from killing military personnel. He is a true son of Ijaw land.

He had called on the federal bout on many occasions to link the coasted people of the Niger Delta to the rest of the country by way of road network, sea ports and Airports He has send so much about the urgent Passage of the PIB.

This leader is the one missing.

We are highly apprehensive, that he may have been murdered. We for the sake of continue in Niger Delta even at this point we are pleading with the federal authorities to urgently assisting us in finding him weather dead or alive.

Signed:

Commander Ifalibabou

Commander Ikpokutanyo

Commander Korobiri
