It has become imperative for us at the Niger Delta People Salvation Front cum Niger Delta People Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) to respond to the satanic fabrications manufactured by the Wall street Journal media about our leader Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari.
It is indeed a travesty of monumental proportion that a supposed respected international media will condescend to the extent of engaging in irresponsible journalism peddling blackmail as worthy news just to satisfy the criminal interest of its sponsors from Northern Nigeria who are desperate to portray our respected leader in unsavory light, swing public opinion against him and dwarf his rising influence and acceptance especially at a time his condemnation of the Northern Elders instrument of terror, Boko Haram seem to have jolted and caught them off guard.
It is no hidden fact that the crafters of this despicable journalism of malice and blackmail seek desperately disparage the Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan government as an irresponsible government who engages the services of renegades and criminals as against popular disapproval from the public.We are not unaware that their dwindling illegal hold on the Political-Economic Space of Nigeria is a reality to strong to ignore without a fight.
We are not unaware of their agenda to cause disaffection amongst the peace loving Niger Deltans and to blackmail at all cost the Dr. Jonathan Ebele Goodluck Administration.
To this end we wish to trenchantly state that our movement is not a criminal movement and that our leader his not a Kingpin, may be the owners of wall street Journal may be imperialist Kingpins but certainly not our Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari. We state with emphasis that our leader and our movement is engaged in a legitimate,moral and just struggle in tandem with United nations charter and conventions and has never engaged in criminal endeavors of Rape, Kidnapping, Bunkering amongst others in the pursuit of our legitimate struggle.
We view as abysmal ,dismal and appalling as well as a display of intellectual paralysis and impotence for a supposed international media to bandy figures through a spurious ” supposed NNPC senior officials concealed ” claim, This is a clear deliberate mischief propaganda . It is the height of kindergarten and junk journalism for a claim to be adduced with a faceless and unknown testifier credibility a purely unreliable and inadmissible evidence or proof. We make bold to say that Wall Street Journal is a liar and has lost credibility, We challenge them to produce reliable and admissible proofs not spurious hear says of a concealed senior staff. Shamefully,any one who believes in this kind of news reporting needs no search for a psychopath for he is an enemy of a reasonable man’s test.
Wondering, is it not a manifest testimony to a grand conspiracy and hatchet man’s plan to “drag to the mud by every means possible” that an Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari who by the discredited wall street journal report is not even the biggest beneficiary of the so called “stay off oil pipeline” largesse has been made the object of the shallow report, i dare ask who is afraid of Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari?
We suspect that the activities of wall street journal is targeted at generating bad blood amongst youths in the Niger Delta,inflame fresh crisis and bring the Dr.Jonathan Ebele Goodluck Administration under further tension and violence in support of the Northern Elders threat to make Nigeria un governable.Indeed by this report Wall street Journal seeks further crisis in the Niger Delta and supports the Northern Elders and Boko Haram agenda for Dr. Goodluck Jonathan Administration, We consider this blackmail as very unfortunate and irresponsible.Wall street journal is highly misguided!
We wish to state that in a Nigeria where the Junaids, Kaitas,Dantatas ,Atikus,Yugudas, Danjumas, Babangidas,Ciromas,and their ilks of parasitic gambaris could profit from the oil resources of the Niger Delta, i ask what stops a Dokubo Asari, an Horsefall,an Ekpemupolo, an Anighoro from benefiting from the businesses associated with their natural endowments ,more so legally and legitimately?
We state that our leader Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari will not take what is not his nor earn what he is not due, fortunately our leader is eminently qualified to earn legitimately from duly awarded contracts which he has the clear capacity to handle.
For the records we wish to make it pellucid that the initiate to award oil pipeline surveillance contract was the brain child of the late Nigerian President,Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar ‘Adua who held series of meetings with leaders and stakeholders of the Niger Delta along side serving service chiefs from the year 2007 and 2008,it must be noted that the process was made open and that the Contract for protection of Pipelines for Delta was awarded in the year 2010 and then to Bayelsa and Rivers State in 2011,despite these awards nothing was paid.We wish to state further,that never a time was money paid to Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo Asari as the contract of Rivers State was not award to him as a person.The company of the awarded contract has Tom Ateke as Chairman, Dagogo Farah as Managing Director with Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo as member amongst others like Sogboma Jackrees.
While Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari is a recipient of this Pipeline surveillance contract which was duly bid for and awarded, we state that it is totally false that a Nine million dollars contract was awarded to him to keep his boys from the Pipelines as our organization is not peopled by criminals or militants, but responsible men of honor, standing out for the cause of Justice,truth and freedom.
We wish to state that it is indeed a sad commentary that at a time when no Niger Deltan is a beneficiary of an oil block and oil marginal fields since the fraudulent consummation of this contraception called Nigeria,one would be insulted by blackmail and propaganda about a mere oil pipeline surveillance contract that cannot equate to the rip off made on the Niger Deltans by the enemies of the Niger Delta.
We at the Niger Delta People Salvation Front cum Niger Delta Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) refuse to be distracted from our self determination struggle to liberate ourselves and region from the enemies of the Niger Delta who for over Fifty years have plundered and benefited illegally and illegitimately from our resources yet sees it as wrong for us as a people from the region to benefit.
We are fully aware that these satanic parasites and their collaborators will put up a stiff resistance against our struggle.This smear campaign is nothing different.
Let it be known that Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari can never be bought and can never capitulate,to him the struggle is his life,he is bigger than a Nine million dollars,and represents much more, no amount of blackmail to malign him can stand,he will not be deterred nor faint. Indeed he is a revolutionary visionary,the flag bearer of the Niger Delta Struggle and Last man standing and we stand as witnesses unto the end of the earth.
